‘Strength’ yoga course
‘Strength’ is a 5 week beginners yoga programme, designed to energetical and physically align body connection. We look to strengthen key muscle groups, whilst introducing key principals of yoga and exploring a deepening mind to body breathwork.
The Asana
wE focus on key areas of the body, to strengthen and create an impact. KEEPING a playful but curious attitude we explore a transformative flow that follows the principles of hatha yoga, using our breath to guide us and unlock the body. we focus on Sinking deep into each area of the body, drawing in our attention
Each week the focus on one key area of the body allows you to adopt key movements to strengthen, tone and align any personal problematic areas.
week 1 – Legs and feet
week 2 – Back bends and spinal twists
week 3 – Arms and shoulders
week 4 – Core
Week 5 – Hip opening
The technique:
We focus on collaborating breath with movement to access a deeper version of ourselves. We learn to trust our bodies and listen intricately for the subtle cues between pushing enough and to much, finding and working with your personal edge. The course aims to bring you to your physical, energetic and mental baseline. so in times of change, you have the tools to find your presence.

Women’s Circle
Saturday 21st March, 11am-2:15pm
“Women’s circles are a gathering of women, for women. These sisterhood meetings give women a safe space to connect, share, and empower.”
‘Trust’ falls on the spring Equinox weekend and guides this circle with intention, looking to ground us into what is important before we begin the journey to grow. Circles are a sacred ancient tradition, used by our ancestors to connect and heal.
You can expect laughter, creativity, tears, spiritual offerings, connection and joy.
