✨ A Restorative Yoga flow: Slow, deep, grounding floor postures to soothe the body, met with a somatic vinyasa flow, to open the body up, breath and soothe the system.
✨ Celestial Sound Bath: A dreamy sonic journey using crystal bowls, gongs and chimes to quiet the mind.
✨ Winter Intention Ritual: A guided moment of reflection, to honour your efforts of 2026 and to shed what no longer serves you.

My yoga journey started in my twenties. Since then I became a certified yoga instructor and have recently began organising small group lessons and well-being events.
